Slow Life is all about helping you build healthy, sustainable habits while living in the present. On Conscious Living Day, as part of the Climate Change Summit, we’re getting together for some movement, fun, and moments of calm and connection. We’re starting from OTOTO Victoriei and we’re building experiences together. We invite you to join us for our first community run, let’s move slowly, together!

Slow down. Breathe in. Reconnect to yourself. As part of Conscious Living Day, we’re gathering at the Japanese Garden in Herăstrău Park for yoga sessions focused on relaxation, inner balance, and reconnecting with your body. Come as you are, let go of the stress and enjoy the experience. It is not about perfect poses – instead, it’s about presence, moving with intention and nurturing healthy rituals, everything in a comforting environment.

It is important to note that Băneasa Forest is currently facing a high risk of fragmentation, primarily due to the recent opening of a forest road to automobile traffic.

Forget small talk, this is a table for real talk. A community brunch about what really matters: honest conversation, real connection, and delicious bites. We’ll talk about the bold and beautiful act of building a sustainable community – what it takes, what it gives, and why it’s worth it. If you’re a thinker, a maker, a doer or just someone who believes that food tastes better when shared, this table is for you. Bring your curiosity. Bring your appetite. We’ll handle the rest.
