For employees working remotely, skincare brand Deciem extends renewable energy credits

Deciem, a skincare brand owned by Estée Lauder, buys renewable energy or renewable energy certificates for power used in their stores, warehouses and offices worldwide. Because many of those offices were closed during the pandemic, and 25% of the company’s staff still works remotely, Deciem decided to extend its energy policy from its own premises to its employees’ homes.

Also, the company decided to backdate this coverage to March 2020 when all staff started to work from home.
